Our
software package Timber BSH-AV
displays the whole manufacturing process in the production of glued
wood – from order capturing through to logistics.
In the finer analysis glued wood could be laminated timber, solid
structural timber, duo or trio beams, cross laminated timber (CLT)
or laminated timber. Timber BSH-AV deals with precision production
for single, often individual building projects, which one has to be
able to trace back without exception and guarantee every single
building part according to DIN 1052.
As is the case with all our software products, Timber BSH-AV is
modularly designed: There is no standard solution – You choose the
ideal combination for you from a row of single modules. Additional
program extensions cover very specific requirements in your company.
Timber BSH-AV has already been implemented successfully in more than
40 businesses in Central Europe – with our support our customers
annually produce more than one-million cubic metres of glued wood.
The
Order Capturing Module
comPlies all the bill of materials and defines the requirements of
your customer regarding the ordered goods.

The
Pre-Calculation Module
begs the critical question as to whether a solid contract covers
your costs in real terms. You will be able to determine marginal
returns on the basis of the bill of materials, purchasing prices,
manufacturing costs, commissions and shipping costs. There are of
course suitable interfaces available for this for all CAD programs
currently used in the market.

The
Preparatory Work Module
will allow you to capture all master data and production parameters
and optimise on upcoming orders and those still to be handled. Our
software will also optimise occupancy of your presses – regardless
of whether you use a multi-layered, high-frequency or hydraulic
press.

With
the
Production Orders Module
you will be able to call up the current status of your order at any
time and track back all production processes – if need be, back to
the round timber that has been deployed. All relevant information
for production, as well as for warehouse bookkeeping, stands as has
been stated in the production order.
Does your machine understand you?
All information that has been compiled in respect of
the production order is forwarded to your finger jointing plant by
our software – so that the communication is flawless, we adapt the
format and the transfer of information in collaboration with the
machine manufacturer: This means that you will have access to an
optimal interface.
This also works in reverse: Our software adopts all information and
reports from the machine itself and analyses them: This facilitates
the efficient overseeing of production and the automated preparation
of the information – from the printing of labels to final costing.
Many orders comprise different raw material and warehousing items,
produced at different plants at various times. The Warehousing
Bookkeeping Module will allow you to
bring together all the packages belonging to
one order,
use an efficient warehousing space system and
save you the cost-intensive search for individual packages.
Secure your processing information

Our
Glued Wood Logbook Module
collects, visualises and compares all available processing
information during the production of your glued wood. During
production you can log important values and parameters and analyse
these. This will ensure that production can be traced and replicated
– hence high quality.
The Glued Wood Logbook Module additionally links up a whole variety
of information from production planning and production order, to
information about your customers, as well as the raw timber
deployed. Depending on its features, this module will also give you
access to quality sorting, the finger jointing plant, rough planing,
as well as press processes. The Module will display both the results
of the finger jointing bend test, as well as of the delamination
test.
You can track the processes at any time, document them and optimise
them as required.
An analysis can be obtained at the press of a button and you can
follow the whole history of the production of your glued wood – from
the raw timber deployed to the responsible operating crew.
