With our round timber software your complete raw
timber and material flow at the sawmill can be displayed: From
purchasing to cutting you will see at a press of a button what
types of timber, as well as what dimensions and qualities are
available for cutting. Using this tool, it is easy to plan and
control the material flow in your company.
Capture all the parameters and manage the forest owners’ and
suppliers’ allocation messages – with GPS coordinates supplied –
and keep an overview of your current contract fulfilment levels.
Apart from capturing this manually, this can take place with
great ease through the supplier via the internet portal, as well
as via the electronic interface ELDAT (an electronic data
exchange on timber information).
The module will invoice all service providers for you (logging
of timber, moving of timber, timber transport) and manage
potential wet storage. You will of course be able to choose your
calculations either using the forest or site entrance as the
vantage point from where you start calculating.
You can store measured wood efficiently in your business via the
standard interfaces available for common measurement plants such
as those from Jörg, KEBA, Microtec or Sprecher.
The program will compile all the required documentation as a
matter of course and will settle this with the service providers
involved. The available modules are:
Pre-Contract Module
Delivery/Services Contract Module
Tree Trunk Allocation Module
Combined Orders Invoice Module
Exchanges via the internet and by
map
Our TimberTec concept supports all interfaces compatible with
Microsoft SQL (for example XML): With this, a data exchange can
take place with digital maps (GPS global positioning system), as
well as by internet portal. This means your round timber
supplier can enter all information and coordinates via the
internet (Google Maps, Google Earth, digital topographical map M
1:50). Optionally the system can also compile timber removal
instructions with the appropriate digital timber removal maps.
How did it go?
Programmed statistics in the macro language of Timber Commerce
are put at your disposal for any likely analyses when purchasing
round timber – your administrator can also learn these easily.
Available additionally is a List & Label Report Generator, as
well as an OLAP (online analytical processing) Plugin in
connection with Microsoft Analysis Services. OLAP is
particularly suited to the analysis of large quantities of
information, which then are put at your disposal as a graphic or
in the form of lists on your screen.
